I have buried pets I loved, and I know that grief is real and often lonelier than the grief we are allowed to speak about. So this work gets the same care as everything else I do. A memorial for a beloved companion is written the same way a memorial for a person is written, from who they actually were.
They are also welcome in the rest of my work while they are still here. Reiki works beautifully on them, and they take to it faster than we do.
