When you purchase a session, course, or membership, payment information is collected directly by the payment processor (typically Stripe). I do not store credit card numbers or banking information on this site.
When you visit the site, my platform automatically collects standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and similar details. This is used to keep the site running and to understand which content is helping people.
Plainly: I use what you share with me to respond to you, deliver what you signed up for, and stay in touch if you have asked me to.
I do not sell your information. I do not rent it. I do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

I keep your information only as long as it is needed for the purpose you shared it — for example, while you are an active client, subscribed to my newsletter, or enrolled in a course.
